By the decision of the Chairman of the Board of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan “Amonatbonk”, in order to carry out targeted work to increase the level of knowledge, skills and professionalism of employees, the Department of Methodology and Retraining was created.
In accordance with the approved work plan of the Methodology and Retraining Department, a training was conducted during 5-days on “Analysis and provision of microloans” for employees of the branches of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan “Amonatbonk” in Dushanbe and Districts of Central Subordination.
The training covered all aspects of financial analysis, attracting potential borrowers, the lending process, assessing collateral, financial reporting, identifying credit risks and leveling them, monitoring loans and their intended use, and other issues.
The classes held by Umarzoda Z, head of the Methodology and Retraining Department, U.N. Buriev, deputy head of the Methodology and Retraining Department, S. Zokirova, an employee of this Department, Z. Ikromov, Advisor of the Chairman of Bank on legal issues and S. Farrukhzoda, head of the loan department.
Upon completion, the results of the training were summarized, the proposals of the branches and solutions to possible problems were discussed. The Methodology and Retraining Department intends to continue to organize training seminars, conferences and round tables in all branches of the Bank in priority areas of banking.
