Global Money Week in Norak

Annually, with the support of Child and Youth Finance International, an international week of financial literacy was held under the slogan "Global Money Week", the aim of which is raising awareness among children and young generation throughout the world, as well as provide access to the necessary information about the banking sector.
Within the framework of the international week of financial literacy, the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" on April 9 in the branch №08 of the Norak city held an event with the participation of high school students, youth and clients of the Bank. During this event, employees of the Bank's Central Office held a conversation on various topics in the banking sector, in particular, the current deposits of Amonatbonk, the correct use of the mobile apps "Amonat-mobile", as well as issues of making non-cash payments through this application.
The event was attended by the representative of the German Sparkassentifting for International Cooperation Avaz Ibodov, who made a presentation on how to properly manage funds, the ways of making a profit, the benefits of opening a bank account and methods of running and developing a business.
The organization and conduct of such events creates a favorable basis for increasing the financial literacy of the population, obtaining the necessary information about banking services and promoting industry achievements.
