INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FORUM "WAYS AND METHODS OF ACHIEVING PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS"

On May 16, 2023 at the National Library of Tajikistan at the initiative of the Committee for Youth and Sport under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on occasion May 23 - Day of Tajikistan Youth, an International Forum of Youth for the development of human capital on the theme "Ways and Methods to achieve professional success.

As part of the forum, the first Career Festival took place, where jobseekers talked to representatives of state, private, and commercial companies about jobs, social benefits and packages, and other working conditions.

Along with other state organizations and enterprises, Amonatbank also took part in the International Youth Forum and presented its vacancies to job seekers, as well as its banking products and services.

During the second part of the forum, credit organizations of the country presented their views on the theme of youth support, choice of profession, professional level, and job search strategy.

During the Forum, Head of HR Department of Amonatbank Farukhzoda S. spoke on the topic "Amonatbank and Youth" and talked about working conditions, significant youth activity, participation in public works and cultural and sport events, and in general about direct contribution of youth to the development and progress of Amonatbank.

At the end of the programme, the active audience of the Forum were presented with memorable gifts from Amonatbank.
