AMONATBANK CUP FUTSAL TOURNAMENT HAS ENDED

The Amonatbank Cup futsal tournament among banks and microfinance institutions on the occasion of the Independence Day of Tajikistan ended. Twelve teams that were divided into three groups at the preliminary stage attended the tournament. In the group stage, the teams played in a round robin system in one round. Then eight teams advanced to the quarterfinals. During the playoffs, the games were played according to the Olympic system.

In the match for third place, the teams of the National Bank of Tajikistan and the International Bank of Tajikistan met. The main time of the meeting ended in a draw, 3-3. In the penalty shootout, the National Bank was successful - 4-1.

In the final, the teams of "Amonatbank" and a micro-deposit organization "Humo" converged. The match ended with a score of 8-3 in favor of Amonatbank.

The closing ceremony of the tournament was attended by Ikromi Sirodjiddin Salom, Chairman of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan and Bakhtovar Melikov, Director of the Futsal League of Tajikistan who awarded the winners and prize-winners with medals, diplomas and cash prizes. The winner of the tournament the team "Amonatbank" received 5 thousand somoni, the silver medalist - "Humo" - 3 thousand somoni, and the bronze medalist - "National Bank" - 2 thousand somoni.

As a result of the competition the best goalkeeper was recognized Murodullo Alikulov ("Amonatbank"). The best scorer of the tournament was Abdukahor Jumaev ("Humo"). And Kholid Saburov ("Amonatbank") was named the best player of the tournament.

Organization and conduct of such tournaments contributes to the development of healthy lifestyles and thereby strengthen friendship between credit institutions of the country.
