Bilateral meeting of the Chairman of the Board of Amonatbank with the head of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) representative office in the Republic of Tajikistan

On February 9, 2024, the working group of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) under the leadership of Farrukh Sultonov visited the head office of Amonatbank to hold a bilateral meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Amonatbank - Mr. Salimzoda Alijon Abdujalol.

 It should be noted that the main purpose of this visit was, first of all, to get acquainted with the management of the Bank, to discuss the possibility of obtaining long-term loans from Amonatbank in national currency TJS, as well as to discuss the plans of cooperation for the next 5 years.

 At the beginning of the meeting the Chairman of the Board of "Amonatbank" Salimzoda A.A., shared information on the results of financial activities in 2023, as well as familiarized the delegation with the significant financial achievements of the Bank.

During the meeting it was also announced that despite the negative impact of external factors, Amonatbank is in a stable financial condition and day by day strengthens its positions in the banking system of the country.

 Mr. Farrukh Sultonov, Head of the Working Group of IFC in the Republic of Tajikistan, also noted that today Amonatbank is one of the leading banks in the banking system of the Republic of Tajikistan, and its financial capabilities allow to make a significant contribution to the macroeconomic development of the country.

At the end of the meeting the parties expressed their willingness to develop mutually beneficial cooperation in various directions.
