Working meeting of the Chairman of the Board of the State savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" with employees of branches and banking service centers of the SSB of the RT"Amonatbonk" of the Rasht Region

On June 12, 2021 Chairman of the Board of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" Ikromi S.S., Deputy Chairman of the Rasht District Sharifzoda Hamidullo, Head of the NBT Regional Department in Rasht town Niyozov Mustafo and heads of structural divisions of the central office of the SSB of the RT "Amonatbonk" held a working meeting with the employees of branches and banking service centers of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" in the Rasht Region.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of the SSB RT "Amonatbonk" Ikromi S.S. summed up the results of the activities of branches and banking service centers in the Rasht Region.

The Bank's management expressed concern about improving the level and quality of services, keeping to the rules of ethics in communicating with clients, and each employee of the Bank must perform his functional duties with a high sense of responsibility.

At the same time, it was instructed to pay attention to the level and quality of services provided by the branches and banking service centers of the Bank, and it was noted that in order to develop the system of non-cash payments in the country, we should expand the work in this direction and it is necessary to connect each client of Amonatbonk to SMS-notifications and the mobile app “Amonat-Mobile”.

One of the best ways for cardholders to oversee card transactions is to connect to SMS-notifications. In this regard, the employees of the Bank should pay close attention to the fact that the customers of the Bank, especially pensioners, can use this service without any obstacles. It is also necessary provide each client of the Bank with the information on how to properly use the mobile application “Amonat-Mobile” and perform various operations.

The Head of the Department for regulation and supervision of banking service centers Haknazarzoda Jurabek has presented a report at the meeting and noted that today there are 5 branches and 27 banking service centers of the SSB of the RT “Amonatbonk” in the Rasht Region, who provide various quality necessary banking services every day.

Along with this, all 27 banking service centers are equipped with technical equipment, including computers and POS-terminals. Every day, in the branches and CBS of the Rasht Region, the population is provided with various banking services, money transfers from individuals without opening an account, consulting services on all banking operations, cash transactions, payment of pensions and benefits, acceptance and replacement of outdated money, receipt of utility bills and others payments.

At the end of the meeting, CBS №112 of the branch №76 of the SSB RT “Amonatbonk” in the Rasht district, CBS №079 of the branch №12 of the SSB RT “Amonatbonk” in the Nurobod district and CBS №665 of the branch №21 of the SSB RT “Amonatbonk” in the Sangvor district were awarded with the honorary certificates for achieving positive economic results and exemplary functioning of banking services.
