Working meeting of the Chairman of the Board of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" with employees of branches and banking service centers of the SSB of the RT"Amonatbonk" of the Sughd region.

On June 5, 2021 Chairman of the Board of the State Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" Ikromi S.S., Deputy Chairman Rizvonzoda F.Z. and heads of structural divisions of the central office of the SSB of the RT "Amonatbonk" held a working meeting with the employees of branches and banking service centers of the State savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbonk" in the Sughd region.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of the SSB RT "Amonatbonk" Ikromi S.S. summed up the results of the activities of branches and banking service centers in the Sughd region. It was instructed to pay attention to the level and quality of services provided by the branches and banking service centers of the Bank, and that each employee of the Bank consciously must perform their duties with a high sense of responsibility.

During the meeting it was mentioned, that one of the best ways for cardholders to oversee card transactions is to connect customers to SMS-notifications. In this regard, the employees of the Bank should pay close attention to the fact that the customers of the Bank, especially pensioners, can use this service without any obstacles.

The head of the Department for regulation and supervision of banking centers Haknazarzoda Jurabek also spoke at the meeting and noted that today there are 18 branches and 142 banking service centers of the SSB of the RT "Amonatbonk" in the Sughd region with more than 200 staff, who provide various quality necessary banking services every day.

At that time, all banking service centers are provided with necessary technical equipment, including computers and POS terminals. Currency exchange services are provided in 14 banking service centers, and ATMs are installed in 10 banking service centers.

By the way, out of 142 BSCs in the Sughd region, 55 were removed along high-roads and communities.

It was noted that in the Sughd region, the number of banking service centers of credit institutions in the banking system consist of 506 units, 142 or 28% of which are related to Amonatbonk.

During the meeting, the results of the performance indicators of the Banking Service Centers were presented and the proposals of the heads of departments and employees to eliminate the existing shortcomings were heard.

At the end of the meeting, three banking service centers in the Sughd region were awarded with the honorary certificates for achieving positive economic results and exemplary functioning of banking services.
